Emma Francis founded CareKey to bring data-driven, evidence-based insights to the UK workforce, helping employees thrive and employers create supportive, high-performing teams.
With a background in psychiatric epidemiology, including winning the UCL Institute for Mental Health Michael King Prize for her PhD, she now applies behavioural science as a Research Fellow at the world-renowned UCL Centre for Behaviour Change to improve workplace cultures and environments. This includes developing and evaluating interventions to improve collaborative leadership, career development and work-life balance.
